Vasco Craveiro Costa
Is a master’s student in Lisbon University Institute and scientific researcher in Telecommunications Institute.
Bachelor in computer sciences, and future master in the same area, he was involved in research projects crossing numerous disciplinary areas namely digital fabrication, biology, computer sciences, electronics and mechanics. His main research areas are artificial intelligence, and synthesis of control for swarm of robots using artificial evolution processes. Vasco was also one of the founding members of IEEE ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute student branch, and was involved in the organization of several conferences held in the university, from which he distinguishes Google DevFest Portugal, FISTA - Forum of ISTA and Arduino Day@ISCTE-IUL, also having experience in the ministration of workshops of robotics. He considers himself a maker, and in his copious free time he loves to read, travel, and learn about new subjects. |
